-Parking passes and wristband purchase are made in welcome center upon arrival or during first available business hours (8a-4p, 7 days per week). This is SEPARATE FEE. It is not included in your total booking price.
-There are no dedicated parking spaces, however there are many spaces just steps away from your private entrance.
-Bookings are only accepted from guests age 25 or older. The booking guest must arrive at check-in and stay for the duration of the reservation.
-No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property. Discovery of smoke residue will result in a $500 fee.
-We provide a limited initial supply of household essentials to get you settled on day one. Guests should bring or purchase additional items.
-Before arrival, you’ll receive a digital Welcome Guide with access details, Wi-Fi information, and local recommendations.
-Pets are not permitted at this rental.
-Guests should supply their own beach towels, as they are not included.
-There is a Ring doorbell camera for security and safety purposes only.
