How do I get keys?
All of our homes and condos have electronic locks or lock boxes so that entry can be gained 24/7. Please keep in mind that all electronic locks are set to open at 4:00PM on day of check-in. What do you provide and what do I need to bring?
All linens and bath towels are provided, as well as, coffee maker, toaster, and standard essential items.
We furnish a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the store. Initial supplies include: dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like a hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. -
What is the cancellation policy?
100% refund up to 30 days before arrival. 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival.

What do I need to do upon departure?
Please make sure all trash is removed from the unit. Trash chutes are available on every floor of your resort, usually located at the ends of each building. Private homes will have their own trash bins located outside. Please gather all bed linens & towels and leave on the floor by the washing machine before departing. Please make sure all food is removed from the refrigerator and freezer. Please load dishes and run a dish wash cycle before departure. For condos with wristbands, amenity keys and parking passes, please leave those on your kitchen counter to avoid charges.

Do you allow pets?
We do have several pet friendly (dogs only, no cats) properties. Please check with our Reservations team in the event you want to bring your pet to make sure the property you're interested in is pet friendly. Owners may have their pets with them at any time as they are registered with the resort so you may see pets in a resort that is not listed at Pet Friendly. Violators will be asked to leave and no refunds will be made. If you are approved to bring a pet, a nonrefundable pet fee will apply. A Pet or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee, is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent in addition to additional cleaning charges of $500. The Pet Fee does NOT include any damages done by the pet and will be charged accordingly to the credit card we have on file.

Do you have age requirements?
The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing our Rental Agreement) MUST be at least 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. No units will be rented to individuals under 25.

Is smoking/vaping allowed inside/outside of the property?
Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of any property including porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file.
