Opening February 2026, Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge will be just a 1-minute walk down the beach. This vibrant new hotspot brings tropical flair and relaxed coastal energy, featuring handcrafted cocktails, refreshing island-inspired drinks, and shareable light bites. Known for its colorful atmosphere, friendly service, and signature orchid-garnished beverages, Tootsie’s will be the perfect spot for sunset cocktails, live music, or an easygoing evening by the Gulf.
Location Highlights
Centrally located on Thomas Drive, you’re close to top restaurants, shopping, golf courses, and family attractions. St. Andrews State Park is just a short drive away, offering hiking, fishing, snorkeling, and shuttle access to Shell Island.
-A resort fee must be paid upon arrival (not included in the booking price). $27.00 to be collected in the lobby of the resort which will provide parking pass for 1 vehicle onsite and 5 wristbands to access the resort property amenities.
-The person reserving the home must be at least 25 years old and is fully responsible for all guests. This individual must be present at check-in and remain for the full stay.
-No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property. Discovery of smoke residue will result in a $500 fee.
-Basic starter items are included for your arrival, but these are not replenished during your stay.
-A digital guest guide will be provided ahead of your stay outlining access instructions and local tips.
-This property does not allow pets of any kind.
-Please plan to bring beach towels for your stay.
