Boats, RVs, and camper tops are not allowed in the garage. Guests can register and purchase parking passes in advance via the link provided in the welcome guide
-A minimum age of 25 is required to book. The registered guest must be on-site for the entire stay and is accountable for all occupants.
-This is a smoke-free and vape-free property. Violations inside the home or outdoor spaces will incur a $500 odor remediation charge.
