Welcome to The White House on Flagler Beach, a one-of-a-kind oceanfront retreat designed for families, groups, retreats, wedding parties, and multi-generational vacations. This unique beachfront property combines four private suites—Units 11, 12, 22, and 23—offering a total of 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. With multiple living spaces, kitchenette areas, covered balconies, and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean, your group can enjoy plenty of room to gather while still having the privacy of separate accommodations.

The Property:
Wake up to incredible Atlantic sunrises and enjoy views of both the ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Large windows and French doors bring in plenty of natural light and showcase the coastal setting throughout the property. A private beach walkover provides direct access to the sand, while multiple balconies, patios, and outdoor gathering spaces make it easy to enjoy the Florida sunshine and ocean breeze. Elevator access to the upper floors makes transporting luggage, groceries, and beach gear more convenient.

Outdoor Living & Beach Access:
One of the best features of this property is its direct connection to the beach. Follow the private beach walkover straight to the sand for swimming, surfing, fishing, shell hunting, sunrise walks, or simply relaxing by the Atlantic. Back at the property, enjoy multiple outdoor gathering areas, covered balconies, dining spaces, a fire pit with seating, cornhole boards, and an outdoor hot-water shower for rinsing off after the beach. Please note that certain outdoor areas are private only when the entire property is reserved. When individual suites are booked separately, some outdoor amenities may be shared.

Flagler Beach offers the laid-back charm of Old Florida with beautiful beaches, local restaurants, unique shops, surfing, fishing, and miles of scenic coastline. Its relaxed atmosphere and uncrowded shoreline make it a wonderful alternative to Florida’s busier beach destinations.

The property is also conveniently located for exploring the surrounding area, approximately 25 minutes from both St. Augustine and Daytona Beach and about 75 minutes from Orlando.

Things to Note:
- A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry and dish pods are provided to get you through your first 24 hours. Guests will have to provide anything beyond that, as we do not replenish items during your stay.
- Guests are sent an electronic Welcome Guide prior to check-in with entry codes, house details, Wi-Fi, and area highlights.
- The property owner resides in a separate upstairs living area.
- Important to note: there is no FULL kitchen on this property. See above description for suite-specific features.
- Guests have private access to their reserved accommodations.
- Some outdoor amenities may be shared unless the entire property is reserved.
- Elevator access is available for guest use.
- Private beach access is included.
- Sleeping arrangements and amenities vary by suite.

House Rules: 
- The primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain at the property for the full reservation period. 
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and in all nearby areas, including patios and balconies. Any evidence of smoking with result in a $500 charge. 
- This property is NOT pet friendly.
