-Parking: resort parking is $57 plus tax and 2 vehicles are allowed. Guests will register their vehicles and pay the parking fee directly at the resort.
-The primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain at the property for the full reservation period.
-Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all nearby areas, including patios and balconies. Any evidence will result in a $500 charge.
-This property is NOT pet friendly.
-Basic starter items are included for your arrival, but these are not replenished during your stay. The owners do provide coffee filters for the coffee maker.
-Guests are sent an electronic Welcome Guide prior to check-in with entry codes, house details, and area highlights.
