-This property is dog friendly. A non-refundable pet fee of $180+tax will be charged. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout.
-The primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain at the property for the full reservation period.
-No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property. Discovery of smoke residue will result in a $500 fee.
-We provide a limited initial supply of household essentials to get you settled on day one. Guests should bring or purchase additional items.
