Laketown Wharf 114 delivers the perfect blend of comfort, views, and resort amenities — an inviting retreat for guests looking to experience the best of Panama City Beach.
-Laketown Wharf Resort requires a one-time registration fee of $133.78, paid directly to the HOA before arrival (not included in your booking). A registration link will be sent three days prior to check-in. Guest names, ages, and vehicle details are required. Parking passes may be printed in advance, and resort wristbands will be available inside the unit upon arrival.
-The primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain at the property for the full reservation period.
-No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property. Discovery of smoke residue will result in a $500 fee.
-To help you get started, we supply a short-term starter pack of necessities for your first day only.
-Before arrival, you’ll receive a digital Welcome Guide with access details, Wi-Fi information, and local recommendations.
-This property does not allow pets of any kind.
