Welcome to Dolphin Way, a spacious home nestled in a quiet neighborhood near Lake Powell & the white sandy beaches of PCB! This pet-friendly home sleeps 12 & features a fenced-in back yard & gas grill for your enjoyment. The home also has a garage, Wi-Fi, Smart TV's, washer & dryer, & is just one mile to public beach access 95! Bring the whole family down to enjoy the freshwater fun of the lake, soak in the sun at Carillon Beach or explore Camp Helen State Park nearby. This is a single-level home that is spacious for your whole family! The master bedroom has a queen bed with an attached en-suite bathroom. There are two bedrooms with queen beds as well as a room with two sets of twin bunk beds. The living room also has a sleeper sofa for your use. There is an additional full bathroom as well. You have access to the entire home, including the gas grill outside and the garage. You will receive the garage door keypad code with your check-in information prior to arrival. **Please note that we only provide starter packs for your stay (dish pod, laundry pod, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom) despite your length of stay. You are responsible for providing anything beyond the starter supply.** This property is dog friendly; this must be approved by our Reservations staff before booking. A non-refundable pet fee of $175 will be charged for one dog (For a second pet it will be an additional $75 for approval first). Pet policy weight 50 lbs or less.
There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500. AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation.
